The project consists of a main building and 6 small serving buildings. The total area of the project is 30,000 m², including all advanced facilities required. The total cooling load is 1,680 TR of a water-cooled chiller plant.

Scope of work: Design of electromechanical systems including electrical, low current, heating ventilation and air conditioning systems, smoke management systems, plumbing systems, irrigation systems, and firefighting systems.
