EWART HALL is a Memorial Hall located at AUC – Down Town , Cairo with a total built up area of 850 m2 including two stages hall accommodates for 750 person, technical floors at basement and roof levels.

Complete HVAC design using VRF System, tendering & awarding and site supervision for the renovation works of all Heating, Air conditioning and Ventilation system (HVAC) services including Motor Control Center (MCC), Direct Digital Control (DDC) and Monitoring System.
The project is consisting of:
academy buildings, Hotel Building, administration, theater and lecture halls, library, judge institute and judge assistant institute. The project total area is 500,000 m2 and of 200,000,000 L.E cost.
Scope of work:
preparation of the Mechanical System Design (Air Conditioning, district cooling plant, electrical motor control centers, Building management and Fire Fighting system for the city buildings).
The project consists of 3 separate but interconnected elements:
1. Shura Building can be considered as the administrative center of the Shura Council where the members have their offices, meet in committee, meet members of the press and prepare papers and recommendations for consideration by others.
2. Parliament Building: which fulfils a similar function to the Shura Council but for the members of Bahrain Parliament.
3. Auditorium: where the members of the Shura Council and the Parliament will meet for debate and discussion. In addition, royal visitors and overseas dignitaries will be met and entertained.
The total connected load is around the chiller plant is an Air-cooled system located in a central energy building outside the project zone.
