Higher Judge Project, Sana’a, Yemen Republic:
The project is of 27,000 m2
area consisting of High Court Building including 8 courts, criticism court, guard building, and investigation buildings.
Scope of work: mechanical system, Electrical motor control centers and
Building management for the project including air conditioning, fire
fighting, water wells and treatment and plumbing systems The total cost of
the project is 40,000,000 U$D.
Bahrain National Assembly Building, Manama, Bahrain
The project consists of 3 separate
but interconnected elements:
1. Shura Building can be considered as the administrative center of the
Shura Council where the members have their offices, meet in
committee, meet members of the press and prepare papers and
recommendations for consideration by others.
2. Parliament Building: which fulfils a similar function to the Shura
Council but for the members of Bahrain Parliament.
3. Auditorium: where the members of the Shura Council and the
Parliament will meet for debate and discussion. In addition, royal
visitors and overseas dignitaries will be met and entertained.
The total connected load is around the chiller plant is an Air-cooled system
located in a central energy building outside the project zone.
Scope of work: Working Drawings, Tender Documents and Site
Supervision for HVAC, Sanitary & Fire Fighting Networks (E/M Budget
is15 Million $).
AL-Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Al-Khalifa conference hall and library Manama, Bahrain:
The project consists of 2 main
blocks connected to each other
through the ground floor.
The first block accommodates the following:
Movie and Music Studios, a National Library, Children Cinema Theatre, Art
Gallery, Meeting Halls and Book Stores.
The second block accommodates the following:
Multipurpose Hall for 500 Seats, Main Conference Hall for 1000 seats,
Offices, Administration area and Lecture Halls, Press Conference Hall,
Majlis and Amir Collection Hall.
Scope of work: Drawings, Tender Documents and Periodical Site
Supervision for Conference Systems, HVAC, Sanitary and Fire Fighting
Networks (E/M Budget is 16 Million $).

EWART HALL is a Memorial
Hall located at AUC – Down
Town , Cairo with a total built up
area of 850 m2 including two
stages hall accommodates for
750 person, technical floors at
basement and roof levels.
Scope of work: Complete HVAC design using VRF System, tendering &
awarding and site supervision for the renovation works of all Heating, Air
conditioning and Ventilation system (HVAC) services including Motor
Control Center (MCC), Direct Digital Control (DDC) and Monitoring
System.
